• Weight 9-13 kg, Dose 1/2 teaspoon or 2.5 ml oral syrings or dosing cup
• Weight 13-17 kg, Dose 3/4 teaspoon or 3.75 ml oral syrings or dosing cup
• Weight 17-25 kg, Dose 1 teaspoon or 5 ml oral syrings or dosing cup
• Weight 25-34 kg, Dose 1 1/2 teaspoon or 7.5 ml oral syrings or dosing cup
• Weight 34-50 kg, Dose 2 teaspoon or 10 ml oral syrings or dosing cup
