Take a medicine when have symptoms. Maximum 5 doses in 24 hours. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Find the right dose on the table below. * Weight 4-6 kg, Dose 1/2 teaspoon or 2.5 ml oral syrings or dosing cup * Weight 8-11 kg, Dose 3/4 teaspoon or 3.75 ml oral syrings or dosing cup * Weight 11-16 kg, Dose 1 teaspoon or 5 ml oral syrings or dosing cup * Weight 16-22 kg, Dose 1 1/2 teaspoon or 7.5 ml oral syrings or dosing cup * Weight 22-32 kg, Dose 2 teaspoon or 10 ml oral syrings or dosing cup
