Unison Enema, Sodium Chloride for children use 10 cc Laxative: Sodium Chloride Enema

Purpose

For relieving constipation by administering an enema to induce bowel movements.

Usage Instructions

Administer via the rectum and hold it until you can no longer tolerate, then use the toilet.

For Children: Children 6-12 years, Use 10-20 milliliters per application. Children 1-6 years, Use 5-10 milliliters per application.

Application Steps

• Twist the end of the tube to separate it.
• Gently squeeze to let a small amount of the solution flow out, then coat the end of the tube to make it slippery.
• Insert the tube into the rectum slowly.
• Squeeze the entire contents of the tube into the rectum.
• Carefully remove the tube and hold until you can no longer tolerate it, then release the solution.

For adults, this is a standard home remedy.
